Shipping & Returns

Shipping. Orders are packed and shipped from the United States, typically within 1–2 business days. Complimentary shipping is included on orders over $75. During warm months we use protective packaging to keep your chocolate in perfect condition.

Returns. Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns of opened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@hyperscalegoodies.store within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
